It's an AMAZING feeling.
Like when I take my bra off at the end of the day!
AHHHH.....freedom!
So I should be madly dashing around, cleaning, baking and wrapping.
But I'm not. I'm sitting.
And I'm kind of fine with it.
Along the lines with wrapping it up.....
Less Cake {more frosting} will be "wrapping it up" with today's post. I have decided to take a break until the New Year.
You should too.
Turn off the computer and spend some time with loved ones. I know I get sucked into my computer, blogs, facebook, twitter...etc...and ignore those who I love most.
And not that you lovelies aren't wonderful company, but you understand what I mean.
Make some memories with those who are physically in your presence. Yes?
I also won't be sending out any more copies of the "Elf Quote Poster". I will finish up what's in my inbox, and then that's gonna be it for this year.Thank you so much for the OVERWHELMING response. However after over 400(that's right, not an exaggeration.....over 400!!!!) personalized e-mails containing the quote poster....I'm done. So I hope all of you enjoy your season, and your singing. Buddy would be proud!
But before I leave I have one last freebie printable for you.
It's my last Christmas gift to you, my awesome readers!
It's a set of package "tags" that you can print out and dress up your gifts. I have a feeling a lot of you are madly dashing to wrap gifts today. Anyway, maybe these would help. I print mine on white cardstock, to give them a little more bulk.
(simply enlarge the picture until it's at full resolution. Save to your desktop. And print. Please DO NOT re-post without a link back to this blog. Do not sell, alter, or claim as your own.)
The last two you can use as little tags on special gifts from Santa. At our house we usually end up with one or two "surprises" that are shoved somewhere under the tree. They always have unfamiliar wrapping paper, and no one will claim them.
Like last year, when my son realized that our "Elf on the Shelf" named Roy, was going to have to leave on Santa's sleigh. He kind of lost it! (like major crying)
Brilliant people at the North Pole decided to leave him photo evidence that Santa, indeed, took Roy to the North Pole personally.
Gotta love those extra Santa surprises!!
Hope you and your loved ones have a very merry holiday week.
I'll see you back here in the New Year with more ideas, more fun, and MORE FROSTING!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Thanks for the printables, I used them once again. I was especially thrilled with the Santa ones, just what I needed.
ReplyDeleteYou're a dream!
